SightMind Files UFDD in California

FREMONT, CA. -- March 14, 2008 -- SightMind announced today the successful filing of the Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) in the State of California.

"This document is the result of seven years experience in the industry, plus one year to create an ideal Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual," said Mr. Kim Rubin, CEO of SightMind.

The company must now wait for the State of California to review and approve the UFDD prior to the company offering any franchises.

SightMind intends to file in all other states that require registration, in order to be able to offer SightMind Digital Video Surveillance Installer franchises across the entire country.
